Designed for busy moms who want real results without spending hours in the gym. This flexible home workout program helps you build strength, increase energy, lose weight, and create healthy habits with just 20 minutes a day.

Nutrition Coaching

Achieve your health goals with personalized nutrition guidance designed to fit your lifestyle. Learn how to build healthy habits, improve energy, support weight management, and fuel your body for long-term wellness through realistic and sustainable strategies.

Kids Total FitZone

Helping kids ages 8–13 get stronger, move better, and build confidence through fun, active fitness programs that promote healthy habits, teamwork, coordination, and lifelong wellness.

Youth Sports Performance

Sport-specific training designed to help young athletes improve speed, agility, strength, coordination, endurance, and confidence. Programs are available for basketball, wrestling, baseball, swimming, soccer, football, and more to help athletes perform at their highest potential.

The Kool Kidz Dance Program

A fun and supportive dance program for children ages 3–11, offering ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. Students build confidence, creativity, coordination, and discipline while developing a lifelong love for movement in a positive and encouraging environment.

Senior Wellness & Fitness

Helping older adults stay active, independent, and confident through safe, effective fitness programs that improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Our goal is to support healthy aging and enhance quality of life through movement and community.

Community Wellness Presentations

Interactive health and wellness presentations designed for cities, schools, HOAs, senior communities, businesses, and community organizations. Topics include fitness, nutrition, healthy aging, injury prevention, and creating lifelong healthy habits.
